Wachau Apricot Fruit Nectar
Fruit nectars are liquid fruit in the true sense of the word, since the whole fruit is processed. Only our fully ripe, hand-picked fruits from our own cultivation are washed, pitted, passed and preserved by gentle heating.
This passed fruit puree is made ready to drink with water and sugar. Water because the fruit puree is too “vicious” and sugar to restore the original fruit sugar content.
